Who we are

Naveltri is an independent digital studio based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, serving businesses worldwide. For anything related to your information, email hello@naveltri.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you enter:

• your name and email address
• your business name and type
• what you need and, if you choose one, an add-on
• your current website address, if you provide it
• your message

If you email us instead, including through the “Send by email” option shown when a form submission fails, we receive whatever you include in that email.

Interactive demos are not collected. The booking, chat, review and quote demonstrations on this site run entirely in your browser. Anything you type or select in them is not sent to us or stored anywhere.

No cookies or tracking. This website’s own code does not set cookies, and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

How we use it

We use enquiry details only to reply to you, discuss your project, and prepare a quote if you ask for one. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Services that handle your information

• Netlify hosts this website and receives contact form submissions. Like most hosting providers, it processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site. It may also screen form submissions for spam.
• Zoho Mail provides our business email, where emails sent to hello@naveltri.com are received.
• Google provides the Gmail inbox retained during our email transition, which may hold earlier enquiries and receive form notifications while notification settings are being updated. Google also provides the fonts used on this site, so your browser contacts Google’s servers when a page loads, and that request includes your IP address.

These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Their own privacy policies describe how they handle data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any work that follows. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us by emailing hello@naveltri.com. Sending an enquiry is always optional, and you can contact us by email instead of using the form.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle information changes, for example if we add analytics or a new service, we’ll update this page and the date above.
